I was feeling kind of meh today, but just read the story from the link shared here, “AHA, NFL…triggering… ” That was interesting reading about helpers and after-effects of helping, or trying to help, someone in a cardiac crisis (or other crisis). Thanks for the PSA. No longer meh. Moving ahead now.
Glad you found it interesting. One of those things one never thinks about but is obvious in retrospect.
In my family, any cardiac related issue was something one always thought about.
