While I was larking about with Saddlebreds [Grooming], my top hand worked Rodney on the line. He reports that Rodney trotted this as calmly and quietly as one would ask for, attentive to his job but not in the least anxious.
The top hole is 3′. Counting down puts the top bar at 2’3″. This is a small jump in the scheme of things. This is a big step for us.
I realize this is completely missing the point, but I would like to express my jealousy that you have bare ground and a hint of green on which to set your jumps. Mine haven’t seen the light of day since the first week of December, and the drift up against my (immobile) barn door is still more than three feet high. In case you needed other stuff to celebrate.
Truly a BFD!
Way to go!
