Awareness of the outside world. The theme for Black History Month 2022 is Black Health and Wellness. “This theme acknowledges the legacy of not only Black scholars and medical practitioners in Western medicine, but also other ways of knowing (e.g., birthworkers, doulas, midwives, naturopaths, herbalists, etc.) throughout the African Diaspora.” ASALH: BLACK HISTORY THEMES.

Sunset at 5:45 pm! Whoot!
Technical details. Internet says actual sunset was 5:26 pm on that day. Enough light to walk and possibly finish up at ride at almost 6 pm. Fiat lux!

It’s sunrise I most look forward to.
For me, if Im up at sunrise, its bc I have to be & Im usually doing something e.g. horse show, fire call, travel. Reflection comes at the end of the day.
