Show tomorrow. Curiously unstressed.

Right now, I'm dreading getting up early. I hate that part.

Panic moment. Car in shop. Did I leave helmet in trunk? No.

Missing the opening ceremonies b/c I have to compete tomorrow. I feel so athletic.

Good morning!

One advantage to saddleseat: short boots & only the toe caps have to be shiny.

Show gloves have gone walkabout. Schooling gloves will have to do. At least I found my pants.

On scene.

Showmanship. Maggie. 5/5. Remembered most of my saddleseat. Need to "hussle up". Not unpleased.

Eq. Maggie. 1/1. Executed all sections & preparations thereto. Happy.

Problem with being an adult/big kid. Expected to be mature. Show low on blues. Saving for youngsters. Will mail.

Breaks are so much easier to take when one is done riding.
— Rodney's Saga (@RodneysSaga) February 8, 2014
Last year, I showed late in the afternoon. This year, I rode first thing in the morning. I was finished within an hour of the show starting. Therefore, my stress level during the lunch break was way different.
The hunter/jumper rings. Previous Horse & I used to show here. Sigh.

Not a stellar picture, but the tweet would have made more sense.
Home safe.
