Rest is good, a break is good too sometimes.
A mental as well as a physical break is healthy. Rest. Let minion do all the work for a week. The older you get, the longer recovery is likely to take, even in one as young(ish) and healthy as you. Words of wisdom from a Gnomean minister who is older, less healthy, and probably not as wise.
