Here is how it was made. First, a huge thank you to my personal hat maker. What, you don’t have a personal hat maker?
Assemble the elements.
Cover helmet.
Add brim.
Fold scarf over brim.
Tuck in.
Add flowers.
Attach.
Et voila.
