It’s cold.
Again.
I am so over this.
Below freezing several times this week. High teens tonight. Yes, it’s colder elsewhere. A family member (waves hi!) is having sequential snowstorms and single-digit lows. The thing is, down here, the buildings aren’t made for it and the beings aren’t adjusted to it.
Rodney is fine. As long as he has chow & blankets, he’ll deal. The things that bother him are not weather related.
Milton is more acutely upset by storms and rain. He doesn’t mind cold, right up until he does, in a dramatic fashion. [When Weekends Go Wrong, Spa Stay]
This last fact makes the humans twitchy.
We be cold.

Cold here too. 17 degrees when I woke up. Not even up to freezing today, might hit 32 tomorrow. But by the weekend it could hit 50. But where you live, this kind of weather is far more rare than it is here. I am so sick of winter. But watch. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if this summer is waaaay hotter than average. Climate change. Just can’t win.
True about summer. Right now heat doesn’t seem like a bad idea. Will certainly change my mind come August.
