Next season? I’d like to say that I will move on to more challenging adventures (of the happy variety she adds superstitiously). But I’ve said no mas before & look how far that got me. [Achievement Unlocked, scroll down]

OTOH, getting on the leaderboard is two shows for riding and three for driving. Did I mention that the barn is going to WEC – Ocala this year? I’ve heard amazing things about the showgrounds. Not that I’m going. It would be an expensive and utterly ridiculous boondoggle.

    1. Ocala. Added, thank you. I didn’t know about Ohio. Or I knew & forgot with the hoopla over Ocala. Show is in late April. Why not? Among other things, seems like an infelicitous time to drop a wad of cash.

    Those are some impressive ribbons! Congratulations.

    1. Pegasus. Somewhere in Maryland? Ribbon was donated by Mrs. Jefferson Patterson and there Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum in MD.

      Ribbons. Thank you. Yes, saddle seat does great ribbons. That is a thing I would miss.

      1. There used to be a Meadowbrook-Pegasus – or Pegasus-Meadowbrook – in Chevy Chase. I think Meadowbrook is still there, but Pegasus land got turned into houses eons ago. I took lessons there for a decade while saving for my first horse, after which I moved to Avenel.
