For My Reference
New this time. First image, border in Inkscape at same time as image. Second image, border in GIMP. Differences, no beveling in Inkscape, inner & outer liners to border. GIMP can be made flat; Inkscape beveled? Since the frame is a shape, stuck with both inner & outer liners, or neither. Different width, but that I can adjust.
