I almost walked away from the blog last month.
This was after Milton had thrown yet another fit. [Lecturing Milton]
I am so over it.
Drafted the sine die post. “Without any future date being designated (as for resumption) : indefinitely. the meeting adjourned sine die” Merriam-Webster: sine die.
Scheduled the post. Twice.
Decided close to August was not the time to make major decisions. [Here Comes That Month]
I will stagger along for the rest of this month with photos and brief posts. Maybe September will bring a new, uplifting breeze.
Onwards!
Katherine
You’’be done this for so long!
There are very few things I’ve voluntarily done for that long.
A break, especially a permanent one, would be a game changer.
If holding in through August works, fine. If not, no shame.
How about three/two/four times a week? Once? Once a month? When the mood strikes?
It provides a structure for your days… as if horses and dogs don’t also help with that!
Many thoughts on this. Instead of a lengthy reply, I think I will move this to a follow-up post for the next State of the Blog. Short version. Daily works for me. Jan is correct. Structure is part of it.
