The Soothing Sounds of Snoots Snacking

Horsekeeping

Lucky enough to have a horse.

Last week, husband went to work for an afternoon.

Low risk.

I knew he would be fine.

I worried.

I had plans to be industrious with the horses.

Milton gave me his best Hungry, Hungry Horse look.

I served impromptu lunch instead.

I sat listening to the chomping.

I may have served seconds so that I could listen to them chomp a while longer.

Stay safe. Stay sane.

  1. My husband’s business is considered essential. (Defense) He’s been working with a full staff of 60+ since this started. Most of his staff is Asian or Spanish and live with multiple generations in one household. I haven’t really been worried. We did lose a former employee to the virus who had multiple co-morbidity issues and was in his 70’s. Not exactly a surprise.
